Interested candidates must
· Not be less than 30 years.
· Have a B.Sc in psychology/English/Mass Communication or any relevant Social Science discipline (Minimum degree).
· Have at least 2 years work experience in same capacity
· Be proficient in computer package utilization
· Possess excellent communication skills and must be able to work independently and take initiatives.
· Be knowledgeable in recruiting the required workforce and making provisions for expressed and promised payroll and benefits.
· Understand relating to employees as individuals, and thus identifying individual needs and career goals.
· Be good at developing positive interactions between workers, to ensure collated and constructive enterprise productivity and development of a uniform organizational culture.
