Job Description
We at HP do not expect you to have already specific technical skills or professional experience. That’s precisely what we will provide you with through our HP Graduate Development Program. By Joining one of our teams, HP gives you the opportunity to transition from a fresh graduate to a young IT professional.

We will help you to achieve this by putting a comprehensive development plan in place that ensures a structured and blended learning – including on-the-job learning experience. You will be assigned a mentor who will give you support along the way as well as regular feedback on your performance and development.

In addition to broadening your understanding of the IT industry, projects and specific work assignment across several of HP’s business units will also help you to understand the various career opportunities within IT.

Inside Sales, Pre-sales support, Account Management, Business support

Job Responsibilities
  • Assisting sales teams in selling products, services and software to selected customers in a designated market area.
  • Inbound sales support, deal coordination, managing configurations/quotations/pricing and follow-up on the entire sales cycle, presales support
  • Closing sales on assigned products and with assigned customers with supervision.
  • Applying standard policy on total customer experience for following up on customer questions and requests
  • Building customer confidence in HP’s remote or direct sales capabilities.
  • Building and maintaining solid customer relations that protects or expands HP’s Installed base
  • Working collaboratively with management to drive promotion campaigns, marketing programs and sales initiatives.
  • Learning complete HP portfolio of technologies and solutions and working in cooperation with internal teams to complete routine tasks
  • Provide sales and business reporting
Job Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate will:
  • have graduated from top universities within the last 12 months or
  • graduate within this academic year with degrees such as: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or any other technical or business studies.
  • Possess good language skills: Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Possess computing skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Have good interpersonal skills: The ability to work well with people
  • Possess flexibility: The ability to adjust to rapid change

Job Requirements

Candidates are expected to:
  • Have a degree - or be about to graduate (preferably a Masters Degree) or
  • Have work experience, preferably up to two years - relevant to your chosen function, ideally gained outside your home country
  • Speak (or have working knowledge of) at least three languages - one of which is English and two other (with preference for European languages)
  • Have a desire to live and work abroad - as placements (or jobs after the programme) may be outside your home country
  • Have proven leadership skills
  • Have affinity with chosen specialism
  • Have an interest in other countries and cultures
  • Be able to demonstrate your drive to succeed
