Job Title: Recruitment Officer (2 year renewable Contract)
Job description
Among other things, the Recruitment officer‘s duty will be:
- Attending to requests for recruiting National Staff
- Exploration of ways to carry out cost effective and efficient talent hunt and staffing functions
- Preparing job ads (drafts) and advising the personnel manager on the ideal advertisement mode
- Conducting the initial orientation of new recruits in both the General and Senior staff categories
- Management of temporary labor recruitment and maintenance of their records
Qualification
Applicant must possess a Bsc/HND in a Business or Management or Human Resource related discipline.
- A Professional Certificate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is an added advantage.
- Applicant must also possess a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in management and recruitment for a large organization
