Job Title: Account Manager/Sales Executives

Sales Executives for Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt offices

The position of the Account Manager/Sales Executive is very vital to the company. Whoever fills this position should have 3-5 years sales experience in the Enterprise space.

The Account Manager will concentrate on developing process skills, product knowledge and honing solution definition skills. He or She will also concentrate on demand creation, account management and the achievement of revenue target.

 He/ She must be able to bring about achievement of a ‘Solution Provider' status with the accounts with the aim of eventually achieving the ‘Trusted Advisor' status.

Key Responsibilities will be amongst other things:
Management of Client Responsibilities
  • Building strong, value-based relationships at all levels and across all relevant departments of the client organization.
  • Development of an Account Plan for all key clients with quarterly updates.

Creating Demand
  • Creating demand for all of division’s products and services by using the company’s Account Planning process’
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities to determine those fit for company’s products and services
Other roles
The Account Manager must also
  • Be proficient in all aspects of sales, sales management, organizational change, consulting, and project management
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of sales automation, advanced training methods, marketing, and consulting.
  • Develop clients who are Strategic Partners and serve as references.
  • Become proficient in the use of standard software tools: MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Excel, CRM system, as deployed.
  • Regularly offer constructive feedback to Product Managers and Business Development Managers to enhance our products and services

The successful candidate must
  • Be articulate, possessing excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Be persuasive and able to negotiate
  • Be self confident and aggressive in pursuing targets
  • Must be acquainted with current IT developments.
  • Must be comfortable with meeting CEOs and top management

Educational qualification
HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Engineering, or Business Administration or any related degree
